Preparing for a customer call can mean searching documents, catching up on discussions and writing the same background down again. Sirca Twin gives you a place to hand over that preparation and come back to a result you can inspect.
Ask for a meeting brief, a follow-up draft or a weekly update. Your Twin can draw on the company context you are allowed to access, along with your instructions and saved working preferences.

Open a task to inspect the work and see what needs you. With supported email, calendar, Slack and Jira connections, your Twin can propose actions as well as prepare drafts. You review the intended destination and content before approving a send or change.
For work that repeats, create a schedule. Check the results, adjust the instructions or pause it. A schedule does not bypass approvals for connected actions.
Memory you can inspect
Save the preferences and working context that make the next task easier: how you like an update structured, what matters in your role or which audience you are writing for. You can inspect, edit and delete saved memory.
Personal memory is separate from published company knowledge. Sharing an insight with the organisation is a deliberate review process. Twin does not continuously record your screen or monitor everything you do.
From a task to a Studio project
When the work calls for content, your Twin can help you take it into Sirca Studio. Review the handoff, then create, edit and export copy, images or video in the project.
The products have different jobs. Platform brings company knowledge together. Knowledge Interviews captures experience that has not been documented. Studio creates content. Twin helps you get through the work that uses all that context.
Start with one useful task
Your administrator enables Twin and selects an approved AI provider. Use your own provider credentials or available Sirca-managed usage. AI usage is additional to the platform fee; connected tools require their own setup and permissions.
Start with a task you already understand. Check the result, refine the instructions and decide what would be useful to repeat. You do not have to connect your inbox to begin.
