Sirca Twin / Illustrative example
Prepare me for the customer review. Pull together the background and draft a follow-up I can check.
A meeting brief with relevant context, questions to raise and a follow-up draft. Nothing sent until you approve the action.
Inspect the work. Approve the next step.
Your Twin brings together the background, prepares the work and shows you what needs your attention. Pick up the result, inspect the details or ask for a change without starting again.

Draft a customer follow-up, an internal update or a piece of research. Your Twin can use the information you are allowed to access.

A personal AI assistant inside Sirca that helps you complete work, not just find information. It combines company context with your instructions, saved preferences and the connected tools you choose to allow.
Start with meeting preparation, drafting correspondence, researching a question or preparing recurring updates. With supported connections, it can also propose emails, Slack messages, calendar events and Jira changes for your approval. Studio integration supports content creation and exports.
Connected actions such as sending an email or creating a ticket are presented for approval. You can inspect the destination and content before deciding. Scheduling a task does not remove the approval requirement for its proposed actions.
Personal memory is separate from published company knowledge. You can inspect, edit and delete it. Sharing a useful insight into company knowledge is a separate, deliberate review process, not an automatic consequence of chatting with your Twin.
No. Twin works with your requests, saved context and the supported accounts you connect. It is not continuous screen recording or employee monitoring.
Supported personal connections include Google and Microsoft email and calendars, Slack and Jira. Your organisation must configure the relevant integration, and you choose the access to grant. Company knowledge connections are managed separately through Sirca Platform.
Twin helps with your day-to-day work. Studio is where you create, edit and export content. Knowledge Interviews captures a colleague’s expertise through a focused interview. All three build on Sirca’s company knowledge, and Twin can hand content work to Studio.
An administrator enables Twin and selects an approved AI provider for the workspace. Use your own provider credentials or available Sirca-managed usage. AI usage is billed separately from the platform plan. Connected actions need the relevant account connection and permissions.
Start with one useful task. Build from there.
