Make handovers less of a scramble
Give departing employees a clear way to pass on responsibilities, decisions, exceptions, and advice for the next person.
Turn the experience in your team’s heads into knowledge everyone can build on. Send a private link. Let Sirca ask the questions. Keep the answers your people approve.
After the export, I compare the exceptions against our reconciliation sheet. The official process doesn’t include that check, but it catches reversed payments.
The check before a payment goes out. The history behind a customer’s request. The workaround only one person knows. Capture the details that make your business work, before you need them and they’re gone.
Give departing employees a clear way to pass on responsibilities, decisions, exceptions, and advice for the next person.
Make practical experience available to authorised colleagues, without asking the same specialist to explain it all again.
Surface possible single points of failure, manual checks, missing owners, and undocumented workarounds as people answer.
Approved answers become part of Sirca’s company knowledge, so connected AI tools can draw on experience as well as documents.
Questions adapt to the topics already covered and ask for more concrete examples when an answer needs detail.
Employees consent, edit, and approve their answers. You choose the review process and who gets access.
Pick an interview type, set a clear objective, and invite the people who know the work.
Each employee opens a private link and answers one question at a time. Saved answers can be resumed later.
The employee checks every answer. An administrator can approve it or ask for clarification before publication.
Approved answers join Sirca, ready to be processed into useful, attributed context for authorised colleagues and AI tools.
Start with a focused template, add the topics that matter, and let people explain the work in their own words.
A guided conversation that helps an employee explain how their work actually gets done. Sirca asks focused questions, follows up where more detail would help, and turns the answers they approve into company knowledge that authorised colleagues and AI tools can use.
People teams preparing a handover, operations leaders documenting a critical process, account teams passing on customer relationships, and anyone whose team relies on knowledge held by a few experienced people. You can interview one specialist or invite several people to a campaign.
No. Each person receives a private link to a simple interview page. They do not need to learn the Sirca admin interface, and the link does not give them access to other company knowledge.
They can use their device’s built-in keyboard dictation to turn speech into text, where supported. Sirca accepts text only: it does not record or store audio and does not provide its own transcription service.
You can set an expected duration of 15, 25, 40, or 60 minutes. Employees can save each answer and return through their private link before it expires. After three answers, they can finish early and review what they have shared.
The employee reviews and can edit every answer, then confirms that it reflects their knowledge. Administrator review is on by default: an admin can publish the interview or return it with a request for clarification. You can also choose to publish attested answers directly as self-reported knowledge.
Campaign administrators and designated reviewers can inspect the interview. For published knowledge, choose access across the organisation or a restricted audience of the participant and designated reviewers. A private interview link never grants access to the rest of Sirca.
Sirca keeps track of who said what and whether it was reviewed. You can define the subjects each person knows best. An employee’s account is not automatically treated as company policy, and high confidence in understanding an answer does not make the speaker authoritative on every subject.
Yes. Participants can withdraw through their interview link, and administrators can withdraw published interviews. Sirca retracts the answers and their contribution to company knowledge. A fact supported by another independent source can remain; knowledge supported only by the withdrawn interview is retracted.
No. Approved interview knowledge joins the same Sirca knowledge layer as your connected company information. Your team and connected AI tools can use it according to the permissions you set. Publication starts processing; availability in answers follows that processing.
Start with one expert, one important process, and a few good questions.
